Robert has been our plumber for several years. Until recently, the plumbing jobs were more routine – replacing toilets, replacing our bathroom sink and unclogging the kitchen sink. He is always responsive, efficient, highly professional and leaves no mess behind. In late April 2025, my son was in the garage and saw flames jumping from our hot water heater. We turned off the gas and called Robert. In 30 minutes Robert was in our garage discussing repair options. We decided to replace the hot water heater, and within an hour, Robert was starting the installation process. We are so grateful for Robert’s responsiveness and professionalism.
